The NORDSEETAUCHER GmbH and AOT-Advanced Offshore Technology International GmbH in Co-Operation with Proserv Offshore AS, Norway presents:
Typical floor-to-floor cleaning to ST2.0 Standard in 90 Minutes
A clean pile surface is critical to efficient grouting operations.
Any delay of more than a few days between mono pile installation, transition piece placement and grouting operations can be costly.
Grouting companies specify stringent standards for cleanliness for guaranteed results. Marine growth and other surface debris can affect grout adhesion and set between the pile surface and transition piece bore. That could lead to costly grout removal later on.
90 minutes to a clean surface.
Proserv Offshore has developed, manufactured and field tested tooling that can achieve the correct surface condition on the mono pile in a fraction of the time it would take a team of experienced divers.
Operated from the installation deck of the support craft, this sophisticated tool can complete a 360-degree surface clean and return to the support craft deck ready for its next operation in 90 minutes. It’s easy and quick to locate onto the pile top and is completely self guiding.
Proven reliability.
Downtime is minimal thanks to the tool’s smart design and efficient mechanics combined with tried-and-tested high-pressure water jet technology. The tool can be tailored to suit a variety of pile diameters and can be used in a full range of water depths.
